Aero is a Finnish duo consisting of Mikko Lohenoja and Henna Jokela. The project began releasing music in April 2024, with nine releases documented across major techno labels including Planet Rhythm, Twice Infinity Records, and Soma Records.
Aero produces raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak time driving variants. Their output spans from atmospheric, hypnotic compositions to higher-energy dancefloor-focused tracks suitable for prime time DJ sets. The duo's releases on Planet Rhythm and Soma Records position them within established techno circles, while their work demonstrates range across different tempos and intensities within the techno spectrum. Their sound encompasses both the introspective depth associated with raw techno and the driving momentum required for peak time club environments.
