Afrojack

Nick Leonardus van de Wall, known professionally as Afrojack, is a Dutch producer and DJ from Spijkenisse, South Holland who began his career in 1987. He has released music under several aliases including Kapuchon and NLW, and achieved significant recognition in the global DJ circuit, ranking number 7 on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs list in 2011 after debuting at number 19 the previous year as the highest new entry.

Afrojack's sound spans house, tech house, afro house, indie dance, and peak time techno, with releases appearing on Spinnin Records and MDLBEAST Records since his first Electrobuzz-tracked release in February 2010. His productions range from progressive house and eurodance to dance-pop crossover material, delivering high-energy tracks suitable for main stage and club environments. His discography demonstrates consistent output across multiple electronic genres, with his most recent releases extending into 2025, showing an evolution from his early progressive house foundations toward more diverse dancefloor-focused material.
