Several artists are named *Alena*:

- A trance project by Alena Lova and Carlo Resoort, mainly known for the 1998 single 'Turn It Around'.

- Caroline Gunawan (born in Malang, East Java, November 9th 1981), an Indonesian singer. Also known as Alena Wu. Alena's second album was released in 2008, from which 'Lavender' was chosen as the first single.

- A french synth pop group from the early 1980s.
