Aleqs Notal

Aleqs Notal is a DJ and producer from Paris who started DJing in 1999 and began releasing tracks in 2015. He runs the Industrial Light label and has released music under both his main alias and through various imprints including Sistrum Recordings and Phonogramme.

Notal produces deep house, house, and techno ranging from raw and hypnotic styles to peak-time driving arrangements. His sound draws from Detroit, Chicago, and New York's early house and techno scenes, incorporating sharp percussion elements and atmospheric textures. Since his debut release in February 2015, he has maintained consistent output across his five releases, with his most recent material scheduled for early 2026. His productions span both deeper, hypnotic techno territory and more driving peak-time house tracks suitable for main room play.
