Amount

Amount is the solo project of Nayan Soukie, a Berlin-based DJ and producer who also performs as one half of the duo Soukie & Windish. Soukie began releasing music under the Amount moniker in 2014, establishing a prolific output that has reached 15 releases across multiple respected electronic music labels.

Amount's sound spans indie dance, melodic house and techno, deep house, and organic downtempo territories, delivering tracks that work equally well in peak-time club settings and more intimate listening environments. The project has released music on prominent labels including Upon.You Records, URSL, Feines Tier, Frank Music, and Disco Halal, showcasing a versatility that moves from driving melodic house productions to more experimental electronica and downtempo compositions. Amount's releases consistently blend organic textures with electronic elements, creating tracks that maintain dancefloor functionality while incorporating deeper, more introspective moments that reflect Soukie's experience across different electronic music contexts.
