Paul Schröder performs as Aparde, a German electronic music producer from Wolgast who began releasing music in 2015. Born in 1987 at the Baltic Sea, Schröder also records under the aliases Paul Schroeder and Paul Camillo Rachel. He started his musical career in various bands before transitioning to electronic ambient and modern classical music, eventually settling into electronica and techno production.

Aparde creates deep house and melodic house & techno tracks that span from organic downtempo to more driving electronic compositions. His releases appear on Ki Records, Keller, and Sodai, with nine documented releases between 2015 and 2024. The music combines atmospheric elements with emotional melodies, maintaining warm production aesthetics across both club-ready tracks and ambient album formats. His sound draws from his classical and ambient background, resulting in finely arranged electronic compositions that work equally for home listening and dancefloor settings.
