Arabic Piano

Arabic Piano is the moniker of South African DJ and producer Jeremiah Matlawe. He entered the electronic music scene in March 2024 with his debut release and has since maintained consistent output with seven releases through September 2025.

His sound spans melodic house and techno, afro house, deep house, and breaks, delivering music that ranges from emotionally driven melodic compositions to percussion-heavy afro house rhythms. Arabic Piano releases on Keinemusik and Unreleased Records, with tracks reaching Beatport's top 100 charts. His productions typically feature the interplay between piano melodies and electronic elements that define contemporary melodic house, while his afro house material incorporates traditional African percussion patterns with modern house structures. The tempo range varies from deep house's relaxed 120-125 BPM grooves to the more driving 128-132 BPM energy of his melodic techno offerings.
