Ionuț Arapu is a Romanian DJ and producer born on August 19, 1986, in Slatina, Romania. He began releasing music in 2014 and has since built a catalog of 30 releases across the electronic music spectrum. Arapu also records under the alias Am and operates primarily from his Romanian base while maintaining a presence on international labels.

Arapu produces minimal/deep tech and tech house tracks that span from deep, hypnotic grooves to peak-time driving techno. His releases appear on respected labels including Rawax, Eastenderz, Liniar, Playedby, and Pressure Traxx. His sound encompasses house and afro house influences, delivering tracks that range from underground minimal cuts suitable for intimate club moments to more energetic tech house productions built for main room floors.
