Art Department

Art Department is a Canadian electronic duo from Toronto, originally founded by Kenny Glasgow and Jonny White, with White also serving as owner of No.19 Music. The group began releasing music in 2010, establishing themselves through White's own No.19 Music imprint. In April 2015, Kenny Glasgow departed to pursue a solo career, leaving Jonny White to continue the Art Department project as a solo endeavor.

Art Department operates primarily within deep house and tech house territories, with releases spanning house and peak time techno across 26 tracks since 2010. The duo has released music on prominent labels including No.19 Music, KMS Records, Kaoz Theory, Cuttin' Headz, and Kwench Records. Their sound centers around deep house foundations with tech house elements, suitable for both deeper club moments and peak time dance floor energy. The project maintains consistent output, with releases continuing through 2025 under White's direction.
