Ascion

Ascion is the production alias of Pasquale Ascione, an Italian electronic musician born in Naples in 1988 who currently operates from Berlin. He launched his recording career in November 2009 and has maintained activity through 2016, releasing material under additional aliases including CSA and Ascion.Xyz. Ascione co-owns and serves as A&R manager for Repitch Recordings alongside 3TH Records, while also functioning as visual artist for the Repitch Recordings/Cosmo Rhythmatic Group.

His production work spans peak time driving techno and ambient territories, with releases appearing on Deep Sound Channel and his own Repitch Recordings imprint. The techno material delivers the high-energy, dancefloor-focused intensity that characterizes the peak time driving subgenre, while his ambient compositions explore more atmospheric and experimental sonic territories. Over seven releases between 2009 and 2016, Ascion has demonstrated range across both club-ready techno productions and more introspective ambient work, positioning his catalog for DJs seeking both peak hour weapons and deeper, more contemplative selections.
