Atlas

Atlas is a progressive house duo comprising Tony Newland and Dennis Wheatley, who began releasing electronic music in May 2016. The act originated as a progressive house project in the nineties before returning to active production nearly two decades later. Atlas maintains releases across three primary labels: Navigare Audio, JOOF Recordings, and Rebirth, with six releases spanning from 2016 to 2025.

Atlas produces music spanning electronica, trance, techno, and hard dance territories, with particular focus on raw, deep, and hypnotic variations of trance and techno. Their sound encompasses both the atmospheric elements of progressive house and the driving intensity of neo rave and hardcore styles. The duo's releases on JOOF Recordings align with the label's reputation for deeper trance productions, while their work on Navigare Audio and Rebirth demonstrates their range across harder electronic dance music formats. Atlas delivers both introspective electronica passages and high-energy dancefloor material suitable for peak-time DJ sets.
