AUTOMAT

AUTOMAT is the project of French producer Raphael Vendramini, who began releasing electronic music in 2015. Operating from France, Vendramini has maintained steady output across multiple aliases and has established himself within European electronic music circles over the past decade.

AUTOMAT's sound spans classic electro and peak-time techno, with releases appearing on respected labels including Compost, Tripalium Corp, and Mille Feuilles. His productions range from driving techno cuts designed for peak-time club play to more experimental electronica and downtempo compositions. The project demonstrates versatility across tempo ranges, moving between harder-edged electro tracks that reference Detroit's classic sound and more atmospheric electronic pieces. Since his debut release in 2015, AUTOMAT has maintained consistent activity through 2021, with seven documented releases showing an evolution from straight techno productions toward more varied electronic styles that incorporate IDM influences.
