Avocado is a name used by multiple artists.

1. Avocado is a DJ & Producer from Cologne, Germany. Over the past years as a DJ playing for Lustig Wandern (@lustigwandern), he’s established himself as an integral part of Cologne’s underground electronic music scene.

Having played countless gigs at some of the finest clubs Germany has to offer, his residency at the famous Cologne-based club, Odonien‘ is probably the most important station in his career - his ‚living room‘ provides him with the musical freedom he needs to unfold as an artist.

Avocado’s trademark sound as a DJ ranges somewhere between Tech House, Deep House and Techno - he himself likes to refer to his sound as ‚Dark Tech‘. Sometimes more, sometimes less melodic, always groovy, energetic & dark. Despite his young age (28), Avocado‘s experience as a DJ enables him to adapt to any crowd - at any given time or place, Avocado knows how to drive an audience crazy.

Lately, Avocado’s expanded his portfolio by teaming up with his like-minded friend, an aspiring producer who he discovered on SoundCloud back in 2013. As Cross & Avocado, the two spent all 2018 producing & playing gigs together. Their smashing club tune „Savior“ has brought them nothing but love & caught the attention of numerous DJs & Labels. The same-titled Savior‘ EP is the Duo‘s first official release [Release: 2019/05/03 on Klexos Records].

2. Avocado was formed a year ago (2007) on the Positive Energy Label. Its meaning is to put some more sunny music out there. Influenced by latin instruments and modern grooves.
