AZIMUTE is the collaborative project between Cesare Marchese and Philippe Quenum, who began releasing music together in 2014. The duo has maintained a steady output over the past decade, with their most recent release scheduled for November 2025, demonstrating their continued presence in the underground electronic music circuit.

The duo operates primarily within the tech house and minimal/deep tech spectrum, delivering productions that span house and indie dance territories. Their releases have appeared on respected imprints including Cocoon Recordings, serialism records, and Rebellion, with their sound characterized by the deep, driving rhythms typical of contemporary European tech house. AZIMUTE's approach combines the minimal techno aesthetic with house music's groove-focused foundation, creating tracks that work equally well in peak-time and after-hours settings. Their catalog reflects a consistent evolution within these parameters, maintaining the duo's focus on dancefloor functionality while exploring the intersections between house and techno's more stripped-down expressions.
