Bartella, born Emilia Bartellas in 1989, originates from Newfoundland and Labrador. The Canadian producer launched her electronic music career in August 2022 with her debut release, quickly establishing herself within the organic and Afro house scenes. She has released five tracks across three distinct labels: trueColors, My Other Side of the Moon, and Klub Record.

Her sound spans Afro House, Organic House, Downtempo, and Melodic House & Techno, creating music that balances rhythmic percussion with atmospheric elements. Bartella's releases on trueColors and My Other Side of the Moon demonstrate her ability to craft both dancefloor-ready tracks and more contemplative downtempo pieces. Her work has gained recognition on The Beatport Shortlist, indicating strong support within the electronic music community.
