Ben Gomori

Ben Gomori is a London-based house and disco producer born in Cambridge to Hungarian parents. He began DJing in 1999 and started producing solo material in 2010 after working collaboratively with other producers for several years. Gomori operates under the alias G. Markus and founded multiple labels including Monologues Records, Sterns Edits, and G-Edits. He also established Pitchblack Playback, an event series where audiences listen to albums and DJ sets on immersive sound systems in complete darkness.

Gomori's productions span house, deep house, indie dance, tech house, and nu disco territories, with 14 releases documented since 2010. His tracks appear on labels including True Romance Records, Peppermint Jam, Club Bad, and House Of Disco Records alongside his own Monologues Records imprint. The sound draws from classic disco and house influences, delivering groove-focused productions that work equally in intimate club settings and larger dance floors. His output demonstrates consistent evolution across the house music spectrum while maintaining the disco-rooted sensibilities that define his approach to production.
