Ben Sun

Ben Sun is the production alias of London-based producer Ben Davidson, who began releasing music in 2012 and launched the disco label Voyeurhythm in 2009 under his Benjamin Sun moniker. Davidson also operates under the Earth Patterns alias for ambient and synth-based work, debuting that project in 2017 with a release on Utopia Records.

Ben Sun's sound spans deep house and melodic house & techno, with releases appearing on labels including Delusions Of Grandeur, Razor-N-Tape Records, Housewax, and Cyphon Recordings. His productions blend house grooves with techno's driving energy, particularly in his peak time offerings that maintain melodic sensibilities. Since 2012, Davidson has released ten tracks under the Ben Sun alias across digital and vinyl formats, with his most recent output arriving in January 2025, demonstrating consistent evolution from his disco-influenced beginnings toward contemporary house and techno territories.
