Big Bully

Big Bully is the project of Los Angeles-based producer Dawson Bacca, who began releasing electronic music in 2010. The American artist also records under the alias Dawson Baca and has maintained a consistent output over more than a decade, with releases spanning from 2010 through 2025.

Big Bully's sound centers on tech house and deep house, with excursions into peak time techno and traditional house music. The project has released music on Get Physical Music and ARTReform, two labels known for their selective curation of underground dance music. His productions typically maintain the driving energy characteristic of tech house while incorporating the deeper, more atmospheric elements that appeal to both peak time and late-night DJ sets.
