Bimas

Bimas is the moniker of Junior Massimo Bazzano, a Belgian-Italian producer born in Mons, Belgium in 1980, who now operates from Italy. He began his production career in 1996 and released his first track in 2001 on Italian label Stik:Trance. Bazzano co-founded Gouta Music and has operated under aliases including AruaL and J. M. Bazzano throughout his career spanning over two decades.

His sound centers on tech house and peak time driving techno, with 15 releases documented between 2012 and 2018 across respected imprints including Desolat, Truesoul, 8bit, Digital Traffik Recordings, and Circus Recordings. These label partnerships position him within the harder-edged spectrum of contemporary tech house, delivering tracks built for peak-hour dancefloor moments. His releases on Loco Dice's Desolat and Adam Beyer's Truesoul demonstrate his ability to craft driving, percussive tracks that maintain the groove-focused elements of tech house while incorporating the intensity and stripped-down aesthetic of modern techno.
