Black Savana
About
Black Savana is the Afro and melodic project of The Deepshakerz duo, consisting of Domenico Berardino and Mirco Sonatore. The project launched in July 2022 and operates as both an artist alias and sister label to their established SAFE MUSIC imprint.
Black Savana produces Afro House and Tech House tracks that blend melodic elements with percussive African rhythms. The duo releases music across multiple labels including their own SAFE MUSIC, Club Bad, Monaberry, Kling Klong Music, and Variety Music. Their sound spans from deep, groove-oriented house to more energetic tech house productions, with 12 releases documented since their 2022 debut. The project allows The Deepshakerz to explore more melodic and Afro-centric territories compared to their main alias work.
