Bunte Bummler

Bunte Bummler is a German house music duo from Mannheim consisting of Fabian Winkels and Manuel Vobis. The pair began releasing music in August 2011 and maintained an active output through 2019, producing 14 releases across their eight-year career.

Their sound spans tech house, deep house, and minimal deep tech territories, with occasional ventures into peak time driving techno. Bunte Bummler releases primarily appear on Celesta Recordings and Street King, two labels that showcase their preference for groove-driven house music with deeper undertones. Their productions typically maintain the steady four-on-the-floor rhythms characteristic of contemporary German house music, balancing accessible tech house elements with more stripped-back minimal arrangements that work equally well in intimate club settings and larger dancefloor environments.
