Cafius

Cafius is the project of Ukrainian DJ, producer and percussionist Ivan Zaikin, based in Kyiv. He began releasing music in March 2023 and has since issued 23 releases across multiple genres within the electronic music spectrum.

Cafius produces indie dance, peak time driving techno, tech house, melodic house and techno, and house music. His releases appear on established labels including Octopus Recordings, Diynamic, JEAHMON! Records, Volta, and Monaberry. His output spans from driving techno suitable for peak-time sets to more melodic house productions, giving DJs options across different energy levels and set positioning. His percussionist background influences his production style, particularly evident in his rhythmic arrangements across the tech house and indie dance releases.
