Calibre

Calibre is the alias of Dominick Martin, a Northern Irish electronic music artist from Belfast who now resides in Cologne, Germany. Martin runs his own Signature Records label, which focuses primarily on releasing his music, and previously helped operate the Soul:R imprint alongside Marcus Intalex and ST Files until the label ceased operations in 2018 following Intalex's death in 2017. He also produces under the aliases Version and Loose Dragon, with his first documented release appearing in February 2016.

Martin's sound spans multiple electronic genres, moving fluidly between drum & bass, house, peak time techno, and ambient compositions across his 16 releases on Electrobuzz. His music appears on his own Signature Records as well as The Nothing Special and calibre labels. Known for his versatility in drum & bass production, Martin crafts everything from rolling liquid compositions to harder-edged jungle rhythms, while his house and techno output demonstrates his ability to work across the electronic music spectrum with equal proficiency.
