Carlos Sanchez is a New York-based DJ and producer who began releasing electronic music in November 2009. Born in 1955, he also operates under the alias Carlos Sanchez Movement and has built a catalog of 41 releases across his career until his death in March 2021.
Sanchez specialized in tech house and deep house, with his productions spanning house, minimal/deep tech, and melodic house & techno. His tracks appear on established labels including Roush Label, Elrow Limited, Dreams On Wax, Personality Disorder Music, and Hottrax. His sound focuses on the deeper, more groove-oriented side of house music, with releases that cater to both underground club environments and the melodic techno circuit that gained prominence in the 2010s.
