Cassius

Cassius was a French electronic duo from Paris consisting of Philippe Cerboneschi and Hubert Blanc-Francard, active from 1996 until 2019 when the project ended following Blanc-Francard's death. The duo operated under aliases including La Funk Mob and L'H0mme Qui Valait 3 Milliard$ and founded their own imprint Cassius Records. Their discography spans releases on Because Music, Ed Banger Records, Universal Music, and Toy Tonics, with their first catalogued release dating to 2011.

Cassius produces house music that moves between deep house and Afro house territories, alongside broader electronica explorations.
