Cherry is the alias of Kiev-based DJ and producer Oleh Cherkes, who began releasing music in March 2020. Operating from Ukraine, he has built a catalog of 16 releases across labels including Siona Records, Timeless Moment, Disco Halal, Bassmatic Records, and SVET. His output spans melodic house & techno, progressive house, organic house, raw techno, and indie dance territories.
Cherry's productions range from downtempo organic house to hypnotic techno, with a focus on melodic progressions that work across different energy levels. His releases on Disco Halal lean toward the indie dance spectrum, while his work on Siona Records and Timeless Moment explores deeper melodic techno and progressive house formats.
