Jorge Davila, known as Chinonegro, is a Peruvian DJ and producer based in Chiclayo who began his career playing records in 2012. Born in 1994, he started releasing music in October 2015 and has since accumulated 33 releases across the electronic music landscape.
Chinonegro operates primarily within tech house and minimal/deep tech territories, with releases spanning house, deep house, and melodic house & techno. His music appears on labels including 8bit, Avotre, Voltaire Music, Cimelde, and Brise Records. His sound encompasses the driving energy of tech house while incorporating the stripped-down aesthetics of minimal techno, making his tracks suitable for both peak-time and deeper moments on the dancefloor.
