The Netherlands-based artist operates under the alias Clyde Narain and has been active in electronic music since the late 1990s, establishing himself within the Dutch house scene before expanding his reach internationally.

His production style spans tech house, bass house, afro house, deep house, and breaks, with releases appearing on labels including Desolat, Kittball Records, Cr2 Records, and Variety Music since 2017. Chuckie's sound incorporates the high-energy characteristics of his Dutch house roots while exploring darker tech house territories and incorporating Afro-influenced rhythms. His versatility extends across tempo ranges from deep house's 120-125 BPM grooves to the harder-hitting 128-132 BPM range of bass house, making his catalog suitable for both peak-time and warm-up sets.
