Clarian

Clarian North operates from Montréal as both a solo artist and member of the duo Footprintz. The Canadian DJ and producer began releasing electronic music in 2013, working under the aliases Clarian North and Clarian South across 29 releases spanning over a decade of output.

Clarian produces deep house and techno that ranges from driving peak-time material to progressive house and electronica explorations. His releases appear on established labels including Anjunadeep, Kompakt, Balance Music, Culprit, and Turbo Recordings. The music moves between deeper, atmospheric house productions and harder-edged techno tracks designed for peak-time dancefloor moments, with his sound encompassing both the melodic sensibilities of progressive house and the rhythmic intensity of driving techno.
