Clio is the production alias of Karim Dif, a Berlin-based DJ and producer who began releasing electronic music in 2010. His debut release appeared on Truesoul in August 2010, marking the start of a seven-year release period that concluded in July 2017 with nine total releases across the underground electronic music circuit.
His sound spans tech house, peak time techno, and deep house, with releases appearing on respected labels including Truesoul, Snatch! Records, and Kraftek. The music delivers driving, club-focused energy suitable for peak hour sets, combining the groove-oriented elements of tech house with the intensity of peak time techno. His deep house productions offer a more subdued alternative while maintaining dancefloor functionality, providing DJs with versatile tracks that work across different points in a set.
