Coloray

Coloray is the project of Dutch producer Raynor de Groot, who began releasing music in 2019. Based in the Netherlands, he also records under the alias TJ Manta and has built a catalog of 15 releases across five years of activity.

His sound spans indie dance, melodic house and techno, electronica, and breaks, with occasional ventures into peak-time driving techno. Coloray releases on respected labels including Permanent Vacation, Running Back, Art Imitating Life, Atomnation, and DGTL. His productions blend melodic sensibilities with dance floor functionality, moving between the warm grooves of indie dance and the harder edges of techno depending on the release. The variety in his label choices reflects his range, from Running Back's disco-influenced house to the more underground techno focus of labels like Atomnation.
