Cutoff:Sky is a techno group from Moscow, Russia, comprised of member Oleg Xaler. The project began in 2012, producing techno, industrial, and hard trance music from their Russian base. Their work spans multiple electronic genres, with releases beginning in 2025 across various underground labels.

Cutoff:Sky delivers peak time driving techno alongside indie dance productions, releasing music through LW Recordings, Exx Underground, and Nothing But labels. Their sound incorporates industrial elements with hard trance influences, creating high-energy tracks designed for peak hour DJ sets. The group has maintained consistent output with five releases between May 2025 and January 2026, establishing their presence in the underground techno circuit.
