Darius Syrossian

Darius Syrossian is a British house DJ and producer born Darius Syrossian Olivier in Tehran, Iran in 1974. He moved to Manchester in 1987, then relocated to Leeds in 1989. Syrossian launched his recording career in 2010 and runs his own label Moxy Muzik since December 2018, alongside its sublabels Moxy Editions and Moxy Muzik Edits. He also operates under the alias Darius Olivier.

Syrossian produces tech house, house, deep house, and minimal deep tech across 98 releases spanning from 2010 to 2021. His music appears on established labels including Hot Creations, Defected, Do Not Sleep, and Wow! Recordings, alongside his own Moxy Muzik imprint. His productions typically maintain the groove-focused, club-ready energy characteristic of contemporary tech house, blending deeper textures with driving rhythms suited for peak-time DJ sets. His sound draws from both house music's foundational elements and the more percussive, stripped-back approach of minimal techno.
