Ahmed Mahmoud, known as Darksidevinyl, is an Egyptian house and progressive house DJ and producer from Cairo who currently operates from Saint Petersburg, Russia. He previously spent time based in Vienna, Austria before settling in Russia. Darksidevinyl launched his production career in July 2019 and has since released 44 tracks across multiple electronic music labels.
Darksidevinyl produces house music spanning Afro House, melodic house & techno, and indie dance territories. His releases appear on established labels including BeatFreak Recordings, Deepalma, Go Deeva Records, Connected Frontline, and Wired.
