Darque is a duo consisting of Thomas J. Ryan and Jan Gustavsson. The project launched in 2024 with their first release appearing on January 20th of that year. The duo has released seven tracks across KUNYE and MoBlack Records, with their most recent release scheduled for August 31st, 2025.
Darque produces Afro House and Melodic House & Techno, with ventures into Deep House and Indie Dance territories. Their releases on MoBlack Records align with the label's focus on Afro-influenced electronic music, while their KUNYE releases showcase their melodic sensibilities. The duo's sound spans the 120-128 BPM range typical of their genres, delivering both dancefloor-ready energy and deeper, more introspective moments suitable for extended DJ sets.
