Death In Vegas

Death In Vegas is a London-based electronic rock group that began in 1994, operating as the primary project of Richard Fearless (Richard Maguire). The group has featured various collaborators over the years including Tim Holmes, Steve Hellier, Simon Hanson, and Dom Keen, though it remains essentially Fearless' creative vehicle. Death In Vegas has released material under the alias Dead Elvis and draws from psychedelic rock, electronic, krautrock, dub and industrial influences.

The group produces electronica and techno music that spans from downtempo compositions to peak time driving tracks, releasing material through DRONE label since 2016. Their sound moves between live rock elements and electronic production, with releases categorized as after hours essentials and electronica/downtempo. Death In Vegas has maintained consistent output with seven releases between 2016 and 2025, demonstrating their evolution from big beat and shoegaze roots into contemporary electronic territories while retaining their alternative rock foundation.
