Decado Artist Bio

Decado (Ilya Stepanischev) Was born on the 1th of May in 1984 in Vitebsk (Belarus). At the age of 5 he got fond of music and this was the beginning of his further musical career. Later on he acquired such professions as an artist of an orchestra (flute), conductor of orchestra, teacher. In 2004 Ilya moves to St.Petersburg, where he proceeds his education in specialty of sound engineering. Beginning of his career of a producer falls on 2003. In 2005 he makes acquaintance of dj Stekk (Konstantin Shubenkin) and as early as in 2006 the new creative duet Decado and Stekk is formed, which mainly trends to deep, tech house sounding. Decado is also known as Fluter (Opposide rec). Under this name Ilya produces Leftfield and drum&bass music. In 2005 together with Dissident (Stanislav Sevostyanikhin) he forms and takes part in Phantom Orchestra ansamble, where he plays along with bass-guitarist and keyboardist.
