Denis Horvat

Denis Horvat is a Croatian-born electronic music producer based in Copenhagen who began releasing music in 2011. He operates under his real name and also produces under the alias Tlak, with 38 releases spanning over a decade of activity in the underground electronic scene.

Horvat produces tech house and melodic house & techno, with excursions into deeper house territories and peak-time driving techno. His releases appear on respected labels including Afterlife Records, Upon.You Records, Exit Strategy, Aeon, and his own Vokabularium imprint. His sound centers on melodic tech house with driving basslines and atmospheric elements, delivering both dancefloor-focused tracks and deeper, more introspective compositions that work across different parts of a DJ set.
