Deux

Deux is a French electronic duo from Lyon, founded in 1982 by Gérard Pelletier and Cati Tête. The group operates under the alias Be Trance and began releasing house music in 2013, with their first electronic release appearing on July 9th of that year. They maintain an active presence in the underground electronic scene with releases spanning over a decade through 2025.

The duo produces house music across the deep house and tech house spectrum, releasing primarily through Urbana Recordings and Deepalma. Their sound encompasses the full range of house tempos and energy levels, from deeper, more contemplative tracks to driving tech house productions. Deux has maintained consistent output with five releases documented between 2013 and their most recent release scheduled for July 2025, establishing them as regular contributors to both labels' catalogs.
