Developer is Adrian Sandoval, an American DJ and producer based in Los Angeles who began releasing music in 2012. He founded the Modularz label and operates its sublabel Olympian, establishing himself as both an artist and label owner within the underground techno scene. With 74 releases to his credit through February 2024, Sandoval has maintained a prolific output over more than a decade of production work.

His sound centers on peak time driving techno and raw deep hypnotic variations, delivering the hard-hitting energy that fills peak hour dance floors. Developer releases primarily through his own Modularz imprint and Olympian sublabel, while also appearing on Coincidence Records, Developer Archive, and Illegal Alien LTD.
