Dirty Culture

Dirty Culture is the project of Romanian producer Tudor-Radu Barbu, who operates from Amsterdam. He launched his recording career in May 2010 and remained active through 2016, accumulating 61 releases across the electronic music spectrum. Barbu also records under the alias Prime Edge and founded three labels: Monocord Records, TheSounds Records, and Tools And Stuff, establishing himself as both artist and label curator in the European underground scene.

His sound spans deep house, tech house, and minimal deep tech territories, with releases appearing on respected imprints including Sintope Digital and Little helpers. Dirty Culture's productions lean toward the deeper end of the house spectrum, balancing classic house sensibilities with more contemporary minimal arrangements.
