Dirty Doering

Dirty Doering is the moniker of German producer Velten Doering, born in Leipzig in 1978 and currently based in Berlin. He also releases music under the alias Velten D and began his recording career in July 2010. Doering founded the influential KATERMUKKE label in 2011 and co-founded All You Can Beat in 2006, establishing himself as both an artist and label owner within the German electronic music scene.

His sound spans deep house, melodic house & techno, progressive house, tech house, and indie dance, with 54 releases across labels including his own KATERMUKKE imprint, Einmusika Recordings, MoNSTER, MUKKE, and WHATIPLAY. Doering's productions typically feature mid-tempo grooves that balance dancefloor functionality with melodic sophistication, making his tracks suitable for both peak-time sets and more contemplative moments. His output demonstrates consistent evolution across house and techno subgenres while maintaining the melodic sensibilities that have defined his 15-year career, with releases scheduled through August 2025.
