Disco Cowboys

Disco Cowboys was an Italo disco group formed in the mid-1980s, featuring members Jimmy Mc Foy and Davide Sabadin. The duo employed an unusual performance setup where Sabadin served as the lead singer on stage while Mc Foy provided the actual vocals on recordings. In 1986, the group switched record companies and changed their name to Premio Nobel.
The group operates within the funky house genre according to contemporary releases, with five releases documented on PornoStar Records between October 2025 and January 2026. Their sound bridges classic Italo disco foundations with modern funky house elements, maintaining the melodic sensibilities and rhythmic patterns characteristic of their 1980s origins while adapting to current dancefloor demands.
