Discoplex is an Italian duo consisting of Matteo Mussoni and Gabriele Nizzoli, operating from Rimini, Italy. The project began releasing music in 2019, starting their discography on January 25th that year. Mussoni also records under the alias Sparkling Attitude, while the Discoplex project has built a catalog of six releases across various house music imprints.
The duo produces house music that spans deep house, tech house, funky house, and nu disco territories, drawing from classic house and garage influences with piano stabs and energetic drum patterns. Their releases appear on labels including Flamingo Recordings, Sound Division, deepvisionz, Groove Culture Deep, and Pleased As Punch. The sound combines traditional house elements with contemporary production techniques, maintaining consistent output through 2025 with their most recent release scheduled for December 21st of that year.
