DJ Fronter, born Jhonatan Andrès Pai Morales on June 20, 1991, in Santiago de Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, began releasing music in February 2011. The Colombian producer and DJ built a catalog of 50 releases over his twelve-year career before passing away in November 2023 at age 32.
DJ Fronter's sound centered on tech house and peak time driving techno, with releases appearing on established labels including Hottrax, Stereo Productions, and Circus Recordings. His productions also explored deep house and minimal deep tech territories, demonstrating range across the underground house and techno spectrum.
