Doug Cooney

Doug Cooney is a techno DJ and producer based in Dublin who began his career in 2018. The Irish artist operates from Dublin's electronic music scene and has established himself through releases on multiple techno imprints since launching his production work.

Cooney produces raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak time driving tracks, releasing music through GND Records, Binary Cells, and Diffuse Reality Records. His sound encompasses both the meditative qualities of deep techno and the intensity required for peak time DJ sets. Since his first release in April 2025, he has maintained consistent output with six releases through November 2025, demonstrating his commitment to both introspective and dancefloor-focused techno productions.
