About
DP-6 is a group formed in 2000 by Vadim Attia and Alexey Verbitsky. The project gained recognition in 2003 with their first record release, and achieved wider exposure when Hernan Cattaneo included their track "DP-6" in a Renaissance compilation. The duo operates their own imprint, DP-6 Records, alongside releases on spclnch.
DP-6 produces music spanning deep house, raw and hypnotic techno, ambient, and organic house downtempo. Their sound combines atmospheric textures with machine-driven elements, reflecting influences from the 1990s electronic scene. The duo has released 14 tracks between March and November 2025, demonstrating consistent output across their label roster. Their music ranges from deeper, more meditative compositions to driving techno productions suitable for both peak-time and after-hours sets.
