Dr.Nojoke

Dr.Nojoke is the alias of Berlin-based producer Frank Bogdanowitz, who began releasing electronic music in 2010. The Berlin native operates under multiple aliases including Anomali and founded the Clikno label. His live performances incorporate field recordings and self-produced sounds alongside his studio productions, which he describes as "clikno" - his term for directional minimal techno.

Dr.Nojoke's sound spans peak time driving techno, minimal deep tech, and house across six releases on labels including Ukiyo and Archipel Musique. His productions combine minimal techno frameworks with conceptual sound design elements, creating tracks that work both for peak-time dancefloor moments and deeper listening experiences. The artist has maintained consistent output from his 2010 debut through his most recent 2024 release, developing his signature approach to reworking conventional electronic music structures through unconventional sound sources and production techniques.
