Drunken Kong is a Japanese techno and house duo from Tokyo comprised of Kyoko Singh and Dimpy Singh. The project launched in 2010 and began releasing music commercially in 2016, accumulating over 60 releases across nine years of activity.
Their sound centers on peak-time driving techno with raw, deep, and hypnotic elements, spanning tempos suitable for prime-time DJ sets. Drunken Kong releases on established techno imprints including Tronic, Terminal M, Octopus Records, Unity Records, and Transmit Recordings. Their output ranges from driving peak-time tracks to deeper, more hypnotic compositions, with occasional house productions that complement their primarily techno-focused catalog. The duo maintains consistent release activity, with their most recent output scheduled for July 2025.
