Dublicator

Dublicator is the dub techno project of Tamás Olejnik, born in Pécs, Hungary. Operating under multiple aliases including Retax Gorgon, Antendex, and Metaxid, Olejnik has been releasing electronic music since 2006 across various labels including Entropy Records, ZeECc, Avantroots, Eintakt, and Auditory Cortex. He runs his own Dublicator label, with his first documented release appearing in October 2010 and continuing through January 2024, spanning 12 releases over this period.

His Dublicator releases traverse dub techno, peak time driving techno, deep house, and house territories. The project has established itself within the contemporary dub techno scene, delivering tracks that range from the meditative textures characteristic of dub techno to more driving, club-focused productions. His output demonstrates a consistent evolution from atmospheric dub techno foundations toward incorporating more energetic techno elements, with releases appearing both on his self-titled imprint and as independent drops, maintaining a steady presence in the underground electronic music circuit.
